Free global shipping and Free returns
Shipping is free on orders above €200 / £200 / $200, plus free returns within 28 days. For orders below 200 €/£/$, the shipping cost is 7 €/£/$ to all destinations.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order either directly on our website in the "My Account" section or by using this link http://www.dhl.co.uk.
Order status may take up to 6 hours to update after the order has been placed. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed. We deliver Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. The goods are shipped out from London. DHL Express Worldwide is the fastest service, and in most countries in Europe the delivery is next day. For other countries please estimate more time. NYC is next day delivery. Order before 12am (noon) GMT.
Some main destinations have next day delivery before 09am or 10am / and 12am as an option. Order before 12am (noon) GMT. DHL Economy Select Service is only for Europe by road.

Deliveries to the USA, and other countries outside Europe, and to Norway and Switzerland may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.
Duties and Taxes charges liability for shipments outside the EU
Please note that when the shipment arrives in Customs in a country outside of the EU, customers may be contacted prior delivery advising them of Customs and Taxes charges that need to be paid before the shipment can be release for final delivery. Please note that Customs and DHL is completely separate and that is why the cost is not included on the DHL rate offered.
Insurance and delivery
Our delivery and returns representative DHL will deliver your purchases to you. Ownership of any products ordered by you from us shall pass to you on the date and time of delivery to your nominated address. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. We shall be entitled to supply your purchases in instalments and each instalment shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract with us, and we shall be entitled to supply only part of an order.
You have 28 days to decide if you would like to keep or return your items. Return shipping is free using the DHL form that is included in your package. If you would like to return or do an exchange, we will be able to collect the package from your work, home or an alternative address of your choice. To arrange a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number and we will provide you with detailed instructions of what to do next. Please be gentle when handling garments. To be eligible for refund or exchange, all products must be returned in a clean, unused and undamaged condition. Please handle all leather accessories with care as dark items of clothing could easily transfer die onto the light-coloured leather.
Important: personalised items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Please consider this before asking for personalisation.
On receipt of your return, if it is eligible for it, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement. Refund processing may vary depending on the bank.
